Description

After the grapes have been racked, the must is destemmed. The fermentation of the must takes place in an inox vessel at a temperature of between 14 °C and 16 °C. The wine is then matured for approximately one year in an inox container on fine lees.

It is straw-yellow in colour. On the nose it is somewhat restrained, dry herbs, butter. On the palate it is dry, delicate, medium-bodied, with pleasant acids.
