Grapes for him come from older vineyards. The hand -torn grapes are picked up in the boxes and brought to the basement where it is crushed and walked. This is followed by a recovery in the inox tank and the flow to wooden barrels, where alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place. After one year of lying on the lees, the wine is poured into a stainless steel container where it is naturally sediment. Stuffed without filtration.

It is a deeper golden yellow color. When poured into a glass, it takes a few moments to breathe, but then appears in all its variety. Apriled apricot, as a residue of primary fruit, and then acacia, tropical fruit and a pinch of vanilla, as a result of ripening in gently burned wooden barrels.
