Malvazija

Malvasia is the last new variety in a series of fresh white wines, which are the focus of production on the Štokelj estate.

Grapes come from the youngest vineyard, where the climate is also the coldest. After the harvest is over, the grapes cool, followed by fermentation and 8 month ripening in stainless steel containers.

It is a gentle golden yellow color, a fresh smell of citrus, in the mouth fruity quite rich, higher acids, butter, re -citrus, including acacia.
