Description

Angel Merlot wine comes from those positions that achieve something more at blind tasting. Volume 2020 is signed by a selection of wines produced from vineyards Vogrsko Mali Dunaj and Šmihel Livišče.

After the harvest, at the end of September, the tattered grapes go to the maceration until the boil is done. This is followed by about two annual ripening partly in the new and partly used 225-liter oak barrels.

It is a deep ruby ​​color, intense odor, coffee, tobacco, in the mouth of dry pleasant acids and tannins, the taste of ripe cherries, but currants also slight vanilla.
