Description

The grapes for it were picked in mid-October in wooden crates. After maceration for 15 days, the crushed grapes were gently pressed. It was transferred to barrels, where it was destemmed and matured for 21 months, 50% in new and 50% in used 225 litre oak barrels. Bottled at the time of the waxing moon.

It is ruby red in colour, with an intense, rich nose reminiscent of plums, cherries and blackcurrants. The flavour is quite intense, with pleasant tannins and a nice harmony, which lets us know that the grapes have been harvested at full ripeness. Long aftertaste.
